Pre orders

A pre order can be cancelled at any time before it ships, for any reason, for a full refund. Email orders@deeds.store from the address on the order or reply to any order email. Refunds go back to the original payment method within seven business days of the request. If the shipping window on a pre order moves, we email you with the new date and a cancel link before the old window ends.

The founders' edition bracelet can change size free until it ships, and swap size once, free, after delivery.

Goods you have received

• Unopened goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price paid. Return shipping is at your cost unless the goods were faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
• Faulty goods are replaced or refunded, including return shipping. Tell us within 14 days of delivery for damage in transit, and at any time within the warranty for a fault.
• Foil bead packs that have been opened cannot be returned, because we cannot resell them. The beads inside are covered for faults.
• Refunding an order removes its digital twins from the Deeds app.

Buyers in Australia also have consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that these terms do not limit.

Shipping

• We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Australia and New Zealand. Rates and options are shown at checkout.
• Products in stock ship within five business days. Pre orders ship in the window shown on the product page.
• Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves.
• International orders may attract duties or import taxes on arrival, which are the buyer's responsibility unless the checkout says they are included.
